6.30-8.00pm: Maidenhead Rowing Club – Registration

If you are unable to attend at this time, then it will be possible to register on the morning of the event

Saturday 1 July

5.15-5.45am: Maidenhead Rowing Club – Registration
6.00am: Ray Mill Island – Safety briefing
6.10am: Ray Mill Island – Enter water
6.15am: Boulter’s Lock pontoon – Race start

7:45am: Last swimmers removed from river

8:30am: Maidenhead Rowing Club – Results announced and awards presented

Parking

We ask that everyone attending the Swim parks with consideration for local residents. Please ensure that your car is safely and legally parked, and that you are not blocking a drive or impeding access in any way. Please note, there will be no parking available for competitors or spectators in the Rowing Club car park

Changing facilities

Competitors may use the changing facilities in Maidenhead Rowing Club. These include showers and toilets. All competitors should bring a pair of named flip-flops. These will be transported to the Finish so that you can walk back to the Rowing Club to get changed.

 

Refreshments

Bacon rolls, tea and coffee will be available in the Rowing Club from 6:00am to 9:00am.  Cash only please.

Minimum age: 15
Wetsuit requirement: Yes, unless disclaimer signed.

Entries are open now. Entry fee until 31 December 2019:

2.8km swim: £33.

1.4km swim:  £29.

From 1 January 2020:

2.8km swim: £35.

1.4km swim:  £31.
